One of the goals of the Pathway to a Healthier Michigan grant is to have Michigan citizens view public parks and recreation facilities as places to become healthy and fit. With this attached survey we are trying to establish a baseline for this goal. The aggregated results from all communities will be used in planning and reporting on the grant. The results from the individual communities will be kept confidential.
Michigan Recreation and Park Association (MRPA) is dedicated to improving the physical fitness and health of all Michigan citizen.
